VOICES Annual Conference and Gala Dinner, December 2016

We worked with designers Bureau Betak and producers Picnic Production to create the two day VOICES event, consisting of a global conference followed by Peruvian themed gala dinner. For the conference we constructed a large amphitheatre and staging with white colour core formica covering, 3D VOICES lettering, as well as media and green rooms constructed from reclaimed timber. For the gala dinner we provided full wall and flooring solutions as well as creating a bar, dance floor and lectern for the awards presentation.
